The Alice Street mixed-use development is to be built in the vibrant inner-Sydney suburb of Newtown. It will be constructed on an existing 8300sqm industrial site. A rezoning is currently being sought for commercial and apartment use.
FEATURES:
- The proposal is for an $80million multi-storey development, featuring 120 apartments as well as commercial and retail space. There will be an underground carpark for occupier use.
