Rose Bay Secondary College, New South Wales

This project involved the design development and construction of five new buildings to house educational facilities, gymnasium, canteen and car park for Rose Bay Secondary College.

FEATURES:

• demolition of the existing canteen, associated covered way glasshouse, and stairs and construction of a new single storey canteen building containing canteen facilities and outdoor canopy
• construction of a three new buildings to house educational facilities comprising three, four and six levels, and including associated stairs, toilets, corridors, stores, plant rooms and service cupboards
• construction of a new two storey car park including associated ramps, exit stairs and plant areas, with connections to the new three storey building
• refurbishment and fitout to existing building including extension of walkway and balustrade providing connections to one of the new buildings, and
• removal and replacement of trees and shrubs.
