Pendium Apartments, Five Dock, New South Wales

Located in Sydney's vibrant inner West, the project involved the design and construction of this mixed retail and residential development  just 10km from the CBD.

FEATURES:

• a multi-storey, post-tensioned concrete frame structure with infill brick work
• a purpose-built 2,500 sq.m 'Superbarn' supermarket at ground level, including the installation of cold rooms, services, smoke extraction units
• a public library for Canada Bay Council on Level 1
• 102 apartments over 5 levels, and
• 2 levels of dedicated underground parking.

BENEFITS:

• coordinated the fitout of the supermarket, which will feature the latest trends in shelf and counter layout for the presentation of food items
• provided the Five Dock community with new retail and library facilities, and
• acoustics reviewed to ensure minimal impact of noise on residents.
